Terms of Use & End User License Agreement (EULA)

Welcome to Trips Together Limited. These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (“Terms”) govern your use of the Trips Together app, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Trips Together Limited (16233442), a company registered in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information;
Keep your login credentials secure;
Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service;
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code;
Use the Service to violate any laws or third-party rights;
Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

4. Content and Ownership

All content on the Service—including logos, software, text, images, and trademarks—is the property of Trips Together Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use this content except as permitted in these Terms.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and use personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes:

Name and email address;
Location data;
Travel preferences.

We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent.

By using the Service, you consent to receive service-related emails. We may also send you promotional emails. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Post false, misleading, or offensive content;
Use the Service for spam, harassment, or fraud;
Upload viruses or malicious code.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. App Stores and Third-Party Services

If you download the app via the Apple App Store or Google Play, their respective terms also apply.

The Service may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7.1 Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Trips Together offers optional paid features purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play:

Trips Together Premium — Weekly: an auto-renewing subscription billed weekly. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Trips Together Premium — Annual: an auto-renewing subscription billed yearly, including a 7-day free trial. The free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Trip Pass: a one-time, non-renewing (consumable) purchase that unlocks premium AI features for a single trip. It is tied to the purchasing organiser’s account, is not transferable to other users, and is not restorable after purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled; you can manage or cancel renewal in your device’s App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. We do not offer refunds beyond those provided by Apple or Google under their standard refund policies. RevenueCat is our subscription-management provider, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your license to use the Service will end immediately.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or travel-related costs.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing them regularly.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
